How It Works
Submit a Referral
Refer a qualified friend, family member, or colleague on the form above.
New Candidates Only
Your referral must not already be in our database or have worked with us in the past 12 months.
6-Month Milestone
Your referral needs to complete 6 months within their first year.
Get Rewarded!
Once they reach 6 months, you’ll receive your bonus. It’s that simple!
Referral Guidelines
- To refer a potential employee, please complete this form and submit it, along with a copy of the prospective candidate’s CV.
- You are eligible for a referral award only when you refer external candidates.
- If the candidate you refer is hired, you will receive a referral award of €500/€1,000* when the new employee has completed 180 days of employment.
- Employees involved in the hiring decision for a particular position are not eligible for referral awards for that position.
- Only one referral award can be given per candidate. If a candidate is referred by more than one person, the first referral received will be the one rewarded if the candidate is hired.
- The hiring of a referred employee must occur within six months of the initial referral date.
- The referral scheme cannot be applied to a candidate who has previously applied independently or through a recruitment agency within the last 6 months. Temporary contract and former employees are not eligible candidates for referral.
- All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with Mowlam’s policies and procedures, and all information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.
- The referring employee must have the approval from the referred candidate to put his/her name forward. Where this approval was not given then the referral form will be rejected.
