A strategic, quality-focused leader with 30 years’ clinical and managerial healthcare experience. A qualified nurse with an MSc in Health Services Management and diplomas in Business Finance, Leadership, and Lean Six Sigma, Michele has led teams in delivering world-class, patient-centred care. Skilled in strategy, transformation, and change management, she is passionate about innovating and developing services for an aging population.

Michael O’Callaghan

Michael brings over 25 years of experience in Design, Construction, Project & Facilities Management to his role as Head of Facilities. A qualified Civil Engineer with a First Class Honours degree in Facilities Management, Michael has successfully overseen the delivery of all the group’s care homes nationwide. He leads the Facilities Teams across the organisation and manages the Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Initiative, driving operational excellence and sustainable infrastructure development at scale.

    Experienced former HIQA Regional Manager, committed to safety culture, high care standards, and safeguarding. Led Serious Incident Management, ensuring resident rights and autonomy. Holds 1st Class Honours in Health Service Management (UL) with multiple academic awards from UL, RCSI, and St. Brendan’s Hospital. Completed General Nurse training (Beaumont Hospital) and Health & Safety training (UCD), and is a TechIOSH member.
