Ballincollig CNU’s Summer Soirée took place yesterday, July 16th 2020. The Soirée was a celebration of the courage and resilience shown by the residents and staff over the past months of the COVID health emergency.

The outdoor Soirée also celebrated the different rich cultures of those people working in Ballincollig CNU. Some staff members wore their traditional dress and performed traditional dances, incl. Indian Garba and Brazilian Dance. The celebration also included a presentation of Philippine Culture, an African Fashion Show and of course Irish singing and music performances.

The Summer Soirée is part of the Mowlam Healthcare Health & Wellbeing Programme, Wellness Matters, which supports staff in looking after their overall health and wellness, particularly over recent months.
