Rental charge covers all maintaince cost, management fees, disposal of refuse, maintaining gardens. Furniture & fit out are also included in this cost. Some individuals may wish to use their own furniture. It also gives you access to the club house and all activity that takes part there. Also included in the cost are the medical call out service if required.
There are additional charges for your personal consumption of electricity and natural gas for heating. There is also a charge for meals and laundry if required. Each homes has its own washing machine and cooking facilities.
