Swords Nursing & Convalescent Home is a 60 bed home equipped with all modern facilities. Secure and comfortable home from home style living in a professionally managed setting, with a wide range of leisure, activity and therapy rooms. Quieter rooms for reading or chatting with friends are also available. It also has 4 newly furnished day rooms giving the residents a wide choice of daily living activities and entertainment. Residents rooms offer private ensuite or shared occupancy for those preferring company. Each room has its own telephone, nurse call system and remotely controlled TV.

The home has an open visiting policy, visitors and family are always welcome.

Community and Companionship

A wide range of daily activity to meet the demands and interests of the residents, such as musical entertainment, presentations, art therapy and craft demonstrations.

Staff

All our staff undergo rigorous interview and selection process and are chosen based on academic qualifications, experience, references and their professionalism to deliver a superior standard of care 24 hours a day. All staff receive training on an ongoing basis updating their skills and acquiring new knowledge continuously.

Personal Service on call

We offer a wide range of personal services such as activity therapy, aromatherapy, chiropody service, physiotherapy, personal shopping, daily newspapers and out patient appointments.
